Description

Our Sports Science Program is designed to engage students by integrating cutting-edge technologies with sports drills and activities to enhance growth and performance. This program utilises advanced tools such as timing gates, force jump plates, Rox Pro trainers, VR headsets, heart rate monitors, and state-of-the-art CPR manikins. These technologies not only improve the drills themselves but also increase data collection accuracy, providing a deeper understanding of the impact of these activities.

Students will compare the effectiveness of VR with traditional gym equipment to determine its influence on performance. They will conduct tests, analyse live data, and compete with each other in real-time, with leaderboards tracking their progress. This program offers high school teachers a unique opportunity to inspire their students and foster a deeper interest in sports science and technology.
