Yarra Ranges Tech School is part of the Victorian Government’s commitment to make Victoria the ‘Education State’. We draw on the Lilydale Lakeside Campus, facilities and our stakeholders to introduce students to innovative leading-edge technologies as a means of problem solving real-world challenges.
We also introduce teachers to new pedagogies and ways to bring technology into the classroom. Our programs emphasise critical Enterprise skills in addition to Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics (STEAM) skills required for the 21st century.
Our Partners
At Yarra Ranges Tech School, our industry and community partners are critical to ensuring that we meet our aims of providing real-world challenges, education and career pathways and actively promoting the benefits of STEAM education to industry, community, and the economy.
We have many different forms of partnerships with Industry, Government and Community partners focused on program co-design, ensuring our programs are industry relevant, capture truly leading edge technologies and processes and allow students to understand the types of careers and work in each of our target sectors. This collaboration extends industry workshops, community programs and local support to ensure that our programs reflect local issues.
We gratefully acknowledge all the support of our partners and their support and shared commitment to the Tech Schools objectives.

The Yarra Ranges Tech School partners with all secondary schools located within the Yarra Ranges LGA.
All of our programs are fully funded by the Victorian State Government with no costs to our partner schools.
